Clearing Process
Donna’s work helps to release emotional and energetic blockages that cause anger, pain, illness and suffering. Her work also assists in the release of negative thought patterns that undermine one’s potential. The end result: enhancing the natural flow of joy and well being in one’s life.
Donna synthesizes these modalities into her own intuitively-guided healing sessions:
Verbal Processing
☯ Revealing and Releasing Fear is at the heart of Donna’s work – Fear is at the core of all unrest and long-term emotional suffering. Donna struggled with fear until the age of 30 when she experienced a sort of spiritual intervention. Her subsequent studies on the effects of emotional fear led her to create the Emotional Freedom Process™, by which one can begin to reveal and release this often detrimental emotion. The removal of emotional fear allows one to become free to express and experience love, pursue one’s dreams, and to create deep fulfillment in life.
☯ Intimacy and Internal Bonding – Donna believes that one’s ability to be emotionally intimate (knowing and accepting one’s deepest nature) and connected with oneself is primary for healing. The nature of her sessions sets the stage for this as well as for strengthening the individual’s connection with himself or herself.
☯ Empowered Communication – Verbal practices are incorporated to exemplify true, deep and empowered communication. This enhances one’s ability to feel more empowered out in the world.
☯ Conscious Relationships and Loving – Donna’s years of work in Tantra and sexual healing aids women in honoring themselves in a way that creates a feeling of personal and emotional safety. This confidence ultimately invites deeper connection and better sexual relations with one’s partner. For this category only, Donna works solely with women.
Energy & Breath Work
☯ Breath work (stemming from her work with both shamans and rebirthing) – This primes the body to be in a receptive state for the energy work, as well as opening one’s spiritual channels for insight and connection.
☯ Energetic Release work – This process aids in releasing trapped energies that dwell within the physical and subtle bodies. Then, by infusing energies from the purest realms, the body, mind and heart are revitalized.
People who work with Donna have a wide range of experiences — from a deep sense of peace and well-being, to powerful emotional clearings, and at times even physical healings. Experiencing a state of euphoria is something she often hears from her clients during and after sessions. Donna’s clients have also informed her that through her work, uncomfortable situations or issues they were experiencing shift for the better, and long-time desires begin to manifest.
