I am going to give you a simple truth about judgment, of both yourself and others. 
Ready? Here it goes.
Judgments = opinions that often engender resentment…and righteousness. Your judgment is an indicator that you have an issue to clear. The jerk who honks their horn at you even though it’s their fault. The other jerk who takes the parking space that you were waiting so patiently for. The troubled parent who abandons their child. The sick person who opens fire in a public place.

In my Tap Into Your Happiness, Anywhere, Anytime Q&A the other night, I discussed:
10 Fundamentals for Maintaining a Core of Happiness.
So that we can meet on a common ground of understanding, I will tell you what is my definition of Happiness.
I’ve often thought about and talked about ecstasy and the ways one can achieve it. Here is an example of one way it can happen.
I picked my daughter up from school today. We greeted each other like always—we gave each other a kiss, then I inquired, “Hi baby, how was your day?” To this she replied, “It was fine.” Then I asked her for a bit more information to fill in the blanks.
I was on my way home today, thinking about a couple of challenges I am having right now. As I was trying to imagine living into a future in these situations, I felt tightness in my heart and a sense of heaviness. I could speak about the specifics, but they really don’t matter. We have all been in situations like this—where you know something’s just not a fit.
